First, start with 10+2 books. Polity, Geography and Economy books are very good. You can avoid Histroy books as they are not much useful. Then, based on time, you can refer school books(5th - 10th). For General Science, 10+2 Biology, 6th to 10th Science books are useful.
You may be refering to some hi-fi books but NCERT books are equally important.
